Terms of Use

Last updated: 6 June 2026

These terms govern your use of the BLOOM UPSC website. They're written to be plain and fair — please read them. By using this site, you agree to them.

01 Who you're agreeing with

This website is operated by Bloomin Learning Private Limited ("BLOOM", "we", "us", "our"), the company behind the BLOOM UPSC offerings.

02 What this site is — and isn't

Right now this website does two things: it tells you about our upcoming offerings (Visual Notes, DOJO, PRISM, and the 2027 Program), and it lets you register your interest so we can notify you when they open.

Nothing is purchasable on this site yet. No payment is taken here, and registering interest does not create any obligation on your part or guarantee you a place, a price, or a launch date. When paid products go live, they'll come with their own terms (and a refund/cancellation policy) shown at the point of purchase.

03 Registering interest

When you submit the interest form, you confirm the details you give (such as your email) are your own and accurate. We'll only contact you about the offerings you selected. You can ask us to stop and to delete your data at any time — see our Privacy Policy for how we handle it.

04 Our content belongs to us

All material on this site — the notes, illustrations, sample pages, text, design, and the BLOOM name and marks — is owned by Bloomin Learning Private Limited or used with permission. The product images and sample notes shown are our own content.

You may view and share links to the site, but you may not copy, reproduce, resell, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

05 Acceptable use

Please use the site fairly. You agree not to:

06 No guarantee of exam outcomes

We describe our method honestly, but we make no promise of any exam result, rank, or selection. The UPSC examination depends on many factors, above all your own effort. Anything on this site is for preparation and information — it is not a guarantee of success.

07 Third-party links and services

The site may link to or rely on third-party services (for example our hosting and database providers, or our social profiles). We don't control those third parties and aren't responsible for their content or practices; their own terms and policies apply to them.

08 The site is provided "as is"

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or current, and we may change, suspend, or remove parts of it at any time.

09 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BLOOM will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10 Changes to these terms

As our offerings evolve, we may update these terms. When we make material changes we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to this website will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
